Thank you so much for this brilliant idea. A therapist friend told me once that anxiety is like a storm: you cannot stop the storm, you only look for a way to pass through it. 

But i think this can be very helpful. I will suggest the list in my group therapy and write back at you to tell how it goes.

i didn’t see this!! I’m so happy and I hope it helped! I always say that as well, the storm will pass and the only way out is through! 

Oh it did help! I am periodically in dark places and it helped a lot with anxiety attacks.
